· Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered efficiently, service standards are maintained, and business targets are met.

· Monitor sales trends and customer demand to plan stock requirements, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and minimise shortages or wastage.

· Develop and carry out local sales and promotional activities to increase store revenue, attract customers and support brand awareness.

· Supervise customer service across in-store, phone, online and delivery channels, and resolve customer complaints or service issues in a timely and skilled manner.

· Maintain accurate records of stock movement, sales, cash handling and store expenses, and assist with budgeting and cost control to support profitability.

· Recruit, train, roster and supervise store staff,



ensuring employees understand their duties and perform in line with operational and customer service expectations.

· Monitor staff performance and workflow during shifts to ensure food quality, cleanliness, efficiency and teamwork are maintained at all times.

· Ensure the store complies with workplace health and safety, food hygiene, sanitation and company operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree

Work Experience: Atleast 1 year of work experience in the same Industry

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
