The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Chadstone Boutique.
In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium boutique workplace, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.
Permanent full-time | Monday - Friday (late night - 9:15pm finish on Friday) | 38 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
Build solid client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
Assist with stock flow and day-to-day boutique operations

Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
Ability to work effectively in a premium boutique environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
A positive, polished approach and collaborative team mindset
