This is a newly created senior role offering the prospect to take technical ownership of the company's bespoke ERP platform and play a pivotal role in its ongoing growth, enhancement and modernisation.
The ERP system is central to the organisation's operations, supporting a wide range of business-critical functions including client management, budgeting, finance, reporting, compliance, document management and third-party system integrations.
In this hands-on role you'll engage with people across the business but have the autonomy to shape technical direction and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and ultimately enhance the experience for both staff and customers. You'll be responsible for designing and developing current features, enhancing existing functionality, improving system performance,
security and scalability and integrating external applications and services to ensure the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Technically, we are looking for someone with robust skills and who is comfortable and confident with a majority of the following:
Node.js
Express.js
Javascript
HTML / CSS / EJS
MySQL / Database Design
RESTful API Development / Integration
This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience working with complex, bespoke ERP/CRM or similar systems with proven ability and a passion for building robust, high quality software.

Perth based with hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must be Perth-based. On-site parking available and easily accessible by public transport.
