Sydney Region Aboriginal Corporation (SRAC) is a community-controlled, not-for-profit organisation based in Western Sydney. Our mission is to improve the health, social, emotional, and economic wellbeing of Aboriginal people through culturally grounded, community-led services.

SRAC delivers a broad range of programs across early childhood education, family support, aged care, disability advocacy, cultural connection, and community development. We create safe, empowering spaces that foster identity, resilience, and belonging.

Our Ngubady Gurunggu (Caring for Children) Family Services deliver DCJ funded family programs that support parents to respond to their children’s needs and to create a protected and nurturing home.



Our team use a strengths and evidence-based approach to facilitate and deliver culturally appropriate early intervention services that build the capacity of children, young people, and families.

The Family Services Coordinator is responsible for delivery of the Community and Family Support (CAFS) and Safe & Robust programs. They will supervise the Family Services Team, coach and mentor staff, build individual and team performance and ongoing career development. The Family Services Coordinator will also provide specialist knowledge and manage a caseload of more complex matters with a primary focus on Family Violence.
