Salary: AUD $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus superannuation

Chancery Lane Montessori Pty Ltd is a licensed early childhood education and care provider committed to delivering high-quality education and care for children in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Child Care Worker to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs appropriate to children's developmental needs.
Promote children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
Maintain a safe, hygienic and stimulating learning workplace.
Observe children's progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their development.
Assist children with meals, hygiene, rest and daily routines.
Work collaboratively with educators, families and management.
Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations,
workplace policies and child protection requirements.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or overseas equivalent).
At least one year of relevant full-time work experience as a Child Care Worker or Early Childhood Educator.
Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
Desirable
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
Experience working in a long day care or preschool environment.
Montessori experience or qualification valued
