Casual On-Call Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Casual On-Call Cleaner to join our growing cleaning business.

About the Role

This position is designed to provide cover when our regular team members are unavailable due to illness, leave, or increased workload. As an on-call casual, you’ll be contacted when shifts become available, often at short notice, so flexibility is essential. While hours are not guaranteed, there may be opportunities for regular work as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Clean residential homes to a high standard.
Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise all areas of the home.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas.
Follow client instructions and company cleaning checklists.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.
Report any maintenance issues or damages.

About You
Reliable,



punctual and trustworthy.
Able to work on short notice when required.
High attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided.

Pay: $20.31 – $33.85 per hour
