Shape campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness and deliver measurable business growth.What You’ll Be Doing- Coordinate and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content and events- Develop engaging, insight‑led content including EDMs, thought leadership, case studies, presentations and sales and marketing collateral- Support lead generation and nurturing activities aligned to commercial priorities- Monitor campaign performance and deliver reporting, insights and optimisation recommendations- Collaborate with agencies, designers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to produce high‑quality outputs- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement- Support the delivery of industry events, trade shows and account‑based marketing initiativesWhat You’ll Bring- 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign‑focused role, ideally within a B2B workplace- Strong understanding of digital channels,



campaign execution and lead generation tactics- Experience partnering with sales teams or supporting commercial objectives- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Highly organised with solid project coordination and time management abilities- Experience using CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms- Nice to have marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo or similar)- SEO/SEM and analytics (e.g.
