Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help shape the future direction of the organisation by leading operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of services. You will ensure services are protected, sustainable and participant focused, while building leadership capability, driving organisational performance and embedding a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead organisational transformation and identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an accomplished operational leader with experience leading complex service delivery organisations within disability, health, community services, aged care or another highly regulated workplace. You have a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, build high-performing teams and lead organisational change. Commercially astute, you understand how to balance participant outcomes with operational performance, financial sustainability and service quality.
Most importantly, you are an authentic, team-oriented leader who builds trust, develops people and fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellence.
