Lead the Next ChapterLead one of Australia's most respected women's legal services and help shape the future of access to justice, safety, and support for women across Central Australia. Reporting to the Board, you will lead strategy, governance, and culture across Central Australia and the Barkly region.

Your ResponsibilitiesLead organisational strategy, future growth, and financial sustainability

Support the Board through effective governance and risk management

Build strong stakeholder, community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partnerships

Develop, support, and foster a team-oriented multidisciplinary workforce

Champion advocacy, community impact, and high-quality, culturally safe services The Kind of Leader This Community NeedsLegal qualifications and a current Practising Certificate are preferred but non-essential

Senior leadership experience in legal, community, government, or not-for-profit sectors





Understanding of governance, strategy, and organizational management

Experience working with remote communities and domestic and family violence issues

Proven ability in securing funding, advocacy, and managing complex stakeholder relationships
