Chefs/Cook

We are a small beachside kiosk located on Balmoral Beach in Mosman. We are looking for chefs/cooks to join our young energetic team by the beach. Daytime shifts only, no nights, with valuable public transport access. Great food, great coffee wrapped in an excellent rapid-paced working environment. The open positions would suit casual, holiday worker or student with experience. No sponsorships, no cash payments just excellent conditions in a modern kitchen setup.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu
Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict health and safety standards
Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications or experience in the hospitality/culinary industry
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques




Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
