Peter Page Automotive is a proudly family-owned dealership group representing Hyundai and Chery, with a long-standing reputation for quality service, integrity, and customer care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our busy and growing Service team.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll manage the service journey from booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring explicit communication, accurate costing, and an outstanding customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist service customers in a professional and friendly manner
Manage service bookings, repair orders, and vehicle check-ins
Provide clear explanations of recommended work and costs
Liaise closely with technicians and workshop controllers
Ensure service work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
Handle customer follow-ups and resolve concerns proactively
Maintain accurate records and meet manufacturer KPI requirements
About You
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using dealership management systems
A positive, team-focused attitude
Current driver’s licence
