Hunter Christian School is seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and Christ-centred Executive Projects and Planning Lead to partner with the Deputy Principal. This pivotal role supports leadership across teaching, learning, wellbeing, and operations in a high-pressure, rapid-paced setting.

The successful applicant will be resilient, solution-focused, and highly organised, able to anticipate needs, mentor and support senior leaders on behalf of the Deputy Principal, manage schedules and act as gatekeeper, drive innovation, coordinate school-wide projects, and maintain absolute confidentiality.
