The Role Oversee and continuously improve the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.
Provide strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.
Drive functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives.
Engage confidently with business clients, government regulators, and external parties.
Report key issues and recommendations to the Head of Legal & Compliance – Pacific and Compliance Director, International.
