Overview

This Precinct Manager role will lead a team of three across two premium A-grade commercial towers in Melbourne CBD. You will partner with Charter Hall, manage full FM operations, drive projects, and shape the precinct’s performance.

Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and support a team of 3 direct reports, setting the standard for service, culture, and accountability across the precinct.
Serve as the primary client interface for Charter Hall, building a trusted relationship and translating day‑to‑day operations into explicit, confident stakeholder conversations.
Oversee the FM regime across the two towers, including essential services compliance, contractor management, and planned and reactive maintenance.
Own budgets, contracts, capital works, and lifecycle planning for the precinct.
Drive project management activities, including development projects and the repositioning of one of the towers.

Qualifications
Proven team leadership experience, with a track record of developing, supporting, and holding accountable direct reports.




Strong client relationship skills and the confidence to present operational performance at a senior level.
Solid commercial FM background in premium office towers or institutional‑grade assets, with working knowledge of building systems, essential services compliance, and contractor management.
Commercial acumen across budgets, contracts, and capital works planning.
