Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure current prospects across the Commercial and Industrial sector. In this full-time role, based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you’ll manage a high-value sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships and collaborate with the CEO and delivery team to develop strong proposals and commercially sound solutions across NRG-ONE’s energy services, including energy procurement, solar and storage, electrification, energy transition EPC and Econoliser solutions.

What you’ll bring
Proven experience in business development, sales or key account management, ideally selling integrated B2B energy solutions
Strong network within the Commercial and Industrial sector, with the ability to build executive-level relationships
Proven track record of generating recent business,



growing revenue and converting client needs into commercial outcomes
Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Consultative approach to solutions-based selling, supported by strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience or understanding across energy procurement, solar, batteries, electrification, energy efficiency, EPC or Energy-as-a-Service solutions will be highly regarded
Existing relationships with facility managers, property owners, industrial operators, manufacturers, corporate energy users, energy retailers, or engineering and energy consultants will be advantageous
Electrical trade or engineering qualifications, with technical sales experience, will be viewed favourably
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a current C Class Driver License
