At Melbourne Rotomould (Melro), we make plastic products of all shapes and sizes — from large water tanks delivered direct to customers, through to custom moulded products for a wide range of industries.
We’re a growing, hands-on manufacturing business, and we’re looking for someone to join our front office team who wants to be right in the middle of the action.
This is a full-time role (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm), based in our Pakenham office.
About the role
You’ll be at the centre of our day-to-day operations — working across customer orders, deliveries, stock and general admin to help keep everything running smoothly.
On any given day, you might be:
Entering customer orders and confirming details over the phone
Answering calls and helping customers with enquiries
Quoting custom products
Scheduling deliveries with our own trucks and external couriers
Preparing delivery paperwork and invoices
Ordering stock and processing incoming deliveries
Assisting with stocktakes and keeping records accurate
Handling general admin (scanning, data entry, document control)
It’s a wide-ranging role where things move quickly,
and no two days are exactly the same.

You don’t need to know our industry — we’ll train you. What matters most is attitude, work ethic and the ability to stay on top of things.
