The Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Northcote office.

You will be responsible for the effective management of your portfolio, some opens, routines and condition reports; however there will also be leasing and inspections support provided.

Key Responsibilities
Effective management of a residential property portfolio (with assistance).
Managing landlord and tenant relationships with a skilled, solutions‑focused approach.
Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance (some assistance provided).




Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and compliance.
Liaising with internal support teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.

About You
Previous experience in residential property management.
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
Experience using property management systems is desirable.
