The role

OAPL Perth is seeking an experienced Clinical Administration Lead to work within our brand-new Bentley facility. This is an exciting chance for a people-focused leader to oversee a busy patient administration function, drive service excellence and contribute to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the administration team, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, coaching, training, and performance development.
Manage incidents, patient complaints, and challenging patient behaviours, escalating where appropriate.
Oversee and improve administration processes to enhance patient access and service outcomes.
Oversee invoicing, refunds, returns for both private and publicly funded patients.

About you:
Strong administration background with experience leading teams




Experience in healthcare, clinical, or patient services environment - highly regarded
Experience managing customer complaints and achieving positive resolutions.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
