About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:
Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations
Drive continuous quality improvement and support the centre's QIP
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
Manage centre operations including occupancy, staffing and budgets
Support professional development and succession planning within your team

About You To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Centre Director (2+ years)
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Robust understanding of the National Quality Framework and Child Protected Standards
Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
