Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Melbourne-based team on a contract basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Telephony Collections project at one of our large reputable clients. This is an advisory-focused role, where you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape and guide the solution, rather than perform hands‑on technical implementation.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the project team by taking ownership of key business analysis activities,



helping to reduce the workload of the Team Lead and enabling them to focus on other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business needs and project outcomes.
Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and requirements for a range of stakeholders.
Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including business requirements, user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
Provide business analysis support across security, data mapping and integration-related initiatives.
