We're hiring a Digital Media Account Executive to join our Melbourne team. You'll be the engine of our account teams, supporting senior colleagues across digital plan builds, campaign activations, reporting, competitive tracking and day-to-day client servicing. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

What you'll do
Support Account Managers and Directors across the full lifecycle of digital client campaigns
Build and maintain digital media schedules, trackers, competitive reports and status documents across paid social, paid search, programmatic and other digital channels
Liaise with digital media partners and platform vendors on activations, specs and post-campaign data
Pull performance data from platforms and dashboards and turn it into clear, helpful reports
Use our AI and automation tooling to move faster and sharper
Contribute to internal brainstorms and plan reviews





What you'll bring
1 to 2 years in a digital or media agency, publisher, ad-tech or adjacent role, or a strong internship or grad program and a compelling reason you want to be in digital media
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence in Excel or Sheets
Solid written and verbal communication
Curiosity about platforms, data, culture and technology
