About the Role
You will play a vital role in delivering secure, high-quality patient care in our innovative treatment clinics. Responsibilities include:
Pre-treatment checks (vitals, patient readiness, consent confirmation)
In-treatment monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, mental state)
Managing side effects (e.g. dissociation,



nausea, dizziness)
Patient support (reassurance, therapeutic presence during sessions)
Documentation & reporting (treatment records, observations, escalation if needed)
Collaboration (working with psychiatrists, clinic staff, pharmacists)
Safety protocols (emergency preparedness, incident reporting)

About You
Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration
Mental health experience desirable but not essential
Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
A commitment to patient safety, wellbeing, and continuous learning
Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
