You own the full lifecycle.

From launch to sell-through, hero SKUs to clearance calls and supplier negotiations to margin protection.

What you’ll be doing:
Owning end-to-end category performance across retail and e-commerce
Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, rebates and joint business plans
Building ranges that balance commercial performance with customer demand
Driving pricing strategy, margin performance and stock health




Leading GTM for recent products and exclusives
Partnering closely with stores, e-commerce, marketing and supply chain
Actively managing aged stock, sell-through and replenishment strategies

This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role where your decisions genuinely matter.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Buyer or Category Manager in a retail or omni-channel environment
Robust commercial acumen with real ownership of margin, pricing and range decisions
Confidence working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Someone who enjoys being close to the detail but can think strategically
