Responsibilities:

As the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and effective operations of our regional depot. Your key duties will include:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure smooth and timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of general freight shipments.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
Resource Management:
Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing a regional depot within the transport industry is a must.
Robust leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully supervising teams.
In-depth knowledge of general freight operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make strategic decisions to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
