Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Support at Home team across the North-West Metro (including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh & Sunbury).

You will support clients in their own homes with:

Personal care

Domestic assistance

Social support and community access

Transport to appointments

Versatile shifts available-Minimum availability of 3 days per week required.

You

Passionate about supporting older people

Reliable and able to work independently

Certificate III in Individual Support

Current First Aid & CPR

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Current Police Check

Willingness to travel across all areas preferred What We Offer
