Northside Rentals have recent opportunities for enthusiastic and determined individuals to join our Northside Rentals Team. This is a diverse role that requires candidates that take pride in their customer service. Join our Busselton Office and help continue to grow the Busselton Branch.

As the face of the company, you will be significant in implementing the smooth handover of our vehicles to our customers.

We take pride in our fleet and in the service provided to our customers.

Key Duties
Meet and greet rental customers
Administration duties
Providing quotations to customers
Ensure all customer paperwork is complete
Assist with customers phone and email inquiries
Selling Northside Rentals products and services
Coordinate detailers/yard staff to prepare vehicles for scheduled bookings




Booking in maintenance and repairs with service providers
Completing stocktakes
Deliver/Collect vehicles as required
Preparation of vehicles for hire

Requirements
Work well in a team setting
Take pride in their customer service skills
To be well presented and have an enthusiasm to learn and acquire recent skills
Have the ability to think on your feet and work in fast paced environments under pressure.
Ability to exceed customer and company expectations through attention to detail
Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
Drivers licence
