As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to elderly residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
Supporting residents with meals and hydration
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing




Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and clinical staff

Essential Requirements
Minimum 6 months' experience as an AIN in Australian aged care facilities
Full Australian working rights
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
