We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a large-scale BESS project based in Central NSW. This is a long‑term contract chance with a well‑established renewable energy EPC delivering utility‑scale energy infrastructure projects across Australia.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works across the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements. You will be coordinating subcontractors and site crews across all stages of construction and supporting project delivery through to commissioning.
Responsibilities
Supervise day‑to‑day electrical construction activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials
Ensure works are completed in line with HSE and quality requirements
Monitor project progress and assist with delivery targets and scheduling
Conduct inspections, reporting and site documentation
Support commissioning and energisation activities where required
Requirements
Previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on utility‑scale energy or infrastructure projects
Mandatory BESS project experience
Robust understanding of electrical construction and commissioning processes
Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams in a fast‑paced environment
Relevant electrical trade qualifications and tickets
