KMH Workforce is seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators for upcoming commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area. Working closely with doggers, riggers, supervisors and site management, you will play a key role in supporting daily construction activities through the secure and effective movement of materials, equipment and structural components.

Rates from $53 per hour plus penalties
Long‑term project prospects
Monday to Saturday roster available
Responsibilities:
Operate hammerhead and/or luffing tower cranes
Conduct daily pre‑start inspections and equipment checks
Coordinate lifts with doggers, riggers, and site supervisors
Support site operations by moving materials and equipment safely
Complete required documentation and defect reporting
Requirements:
High Risk Work Licence – Tower Crane (CT)
High Risk Work Licence – DG, RB, RI, RA

Previous commercial or high‑rise construction experience
