Your role, your impact

Reporting to our CFO, you’ll provide high-quality support that helps leaders and teams stay focused on what matters most. You’ll be a key connector across priorities, people, and business rhythms.
Manage a complex calendar, priorities and changing business demands
Coordinate travel, briefings, meetings and team logistics
Prepare presentations, board reports and executive-ready documentation
Build strong relationships across executives, stakeholders and teams
Support projects, events and initiatives with proactive coordination
Monitor actions and deadlines to keep priorities on track





What you'll need to succeed

You bring a robust service mindset, excellent judgement, and a genuine passion for executive support. You’re comfortable working at pace, adaptable to change, and motivated to keep improving.
Experienced in executive or senior leadership support environments
Proven ability to prioritise competing demands with confidence
Robust capability preparing presentations and business documents
Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proactive attitude with energy to learn and grow
