Coalroc Contractors' is seeking experienced Underground Operators with Conveyor experience to join our team in Mudgee, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of our underground conveyor systems. Your expertise and dedication will contribute directly to the efficient and protected operations of our mining operations.This roster is 4 x 12 hr shifts night and day shift available.
What you'll be doing
Operate underground mining equipment such as man transporters, LHD's and Conveyor installation equipment.
Install and troubleshoot underground conveyor systems
Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on Conveyor equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Work collaboratively with the mining team to achieve production targets
Identify and report any equipment issues or maintenance requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Underground Operator in the mining industry
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of underground mining equipment
Robust problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Current relevant competencies and certifications
