Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, meal preparation and assistance with everyday household tasks.
Support participation and meaningful engagement within the participant’s home and community settings.
Assist with medication management and support behaviours of concern.
Maintain accurate records and support the implementation of behaviour support plans.
Shift schedule (minimum 2 shifts per week):
Monday to Friday: 10 am – 2 pm or 3 pm – 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm

Qualifications & Experience
Experience supporting participants with schizophrenia.
Minimum two years’ experience working with complex care.
Experience in providing personal care.
Experience in medication management.
Ability to de‑escalate and support behaviours of concern.
Experience with behaviour support plans.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.
Reliable and committed.
Positive and skilled attitude.
Relevant industry qualification.
Required Certifications & Checks
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
NDIS orientation module.
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Victorian Working with Children Check.
Access to a personal motor vehicle and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
Australian working rights.
