Lead a team whilst driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising using your knowledge of the excellent outdoors a our brand recent store at Pacific Fair! Your mission will be to create an environment that will foster premium consumer experience, whilst implementing programs/processes to drive business results & operational excellence.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
