Join us at The Great Aussie Bush Camp in Tea Gardens as a Night Supervisor, where you’ll play an important role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of young campers during their overnight stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well, and wants to make a positive difference in a unique outdoor setting.

Hours of Work

Mon: 8:30 pm – 12:00 am

Tues: 9:00 pm – 12:00 am

Wed: 8:30 pm – 12:00 am

Thurs: 9:00 pm – 12:00 am

What You’ll Do
Maintain a visible presence around camp and ensure camper safety throughout the night
Monitor behaviour and noise levels to support a positive environment
Assist children who may feel unsettled, anxious, or homesick
Conduct regular patrols and respond to reasonable requests from teachers and clients
Manage first aid situations or emergencies in line with procedures
Communicate with teachers about any concerns or student needs
Record overnight issues for the Centre Manager’s review

Ability to work independently while still supporting the wider team

Requirements
Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid certificate
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work rights
Fluent English
