Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead our swim school operations at Gungahlin Leisure Centre. You will manage a team of Aquatic Services Officers / Swim Teachers, plan lessons, and drive exceptional customer service with solid program knowledge.
The role focuses on maintaining high standards, building partnerships with local schools and clubs, and delivering creative programs while supervising staff on the deck and in the water, including Saturdays.
