We are seeking Kitchen Production Assistants to join our team at Brubecks' in Murarrie, Queensland. In this role, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, responsible for food preparation and production to deliver high-quality meals & salads to our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and create a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are cleaned and sanitized to maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene
Portion and pack our fresh fabulous foods ready for retail sale.
Date & Label retail packaged products.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Adhere to all workplace health, safety and food handling regulations
What we're looking for
Must be available to work on Monday to Friday from 7am till 4pm.
24 to 32 Hours per week.
Previous experience in a similar quick-paced kitchen or food production workplace
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
