The Role
Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large, enterprise-wide program
Develop and execute change strategies aligned to regulatory and business requirements
Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
Manage change impacts, readiness, communications, and adoption
Work closely with program delivery teams in a rapid-moving, evolving environment

About You
Proven experience as a Change Manager within large,



complex programs
Solid background in regulatory-driven change within financial services
Comfortable operating in quick-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to navigate ambiguity
