We're on the hunt for a Head Pizza Chef to take the reins of our wood-fired pizza truck at Seeker Brewing in Unanderra.
We're a small, independent brewery with a busy taproom, great beer, live music and a loyal local community. If you love making great food, enjoy having a bit of freedom in the kitchen, and want to be part of a team that's building something special, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be running the pizza truck during our taproom opening hours, making sure everything runs smoothly from prep through to service.
Outside of service you'll be:
Prepping ingredients
Ordering stock and keeping the kitchen organised
Keeping everything clean, safe and running efficiently
Helping develop recent menu ideas and seasonal specials
Working with the venue managers to keep the food offering fresh and exciting
Bringing ideas for BBQ cook-ups, pit cooks and other fire-cooked specials throughout the year

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
Is confident leading a small team
Can work independently and stay organised
Takes pride in serving consistently outstanding food
Has solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
Loves coming up with current ideas and being creative with food
