Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer/Groundsman to join on a permanent part time basis. You will perform maintenance across Newcastle Anglican properties, including painting, repairs, equipment servicing, and minor construction.

The role includes inspections, safety monitoring, coordinating contractors, and timely response to issues, with after-hours on-call rotation. You will support administrative records and ensure work is completed to required standards.
