Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a team.
Has a robust understanding of all aspects of retail butchery.
Understands product costing, gross profit and product development.
Is committed to following HR policies and Protected Food procedures.
Leads by example with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
