Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating protected, structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Collaborating on individualised care plans
What You’ll Bring:
Full Australian Driver’s License,
First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Relevant qualifications, work or lived experience
Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work Part time
