Your current job

As a Private Wealth Associate, you'll work alongside experienced Investment Advisers supporting with:
Client meetings, review packs, proposals, and presentations.
Assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio administration.
Managing cash and stock transfers, settlements, corporate actions, IPOs, and placements.
Coordinating with clients, advisers, and internal teams across Wealth Management and Operations.
Responding to client enquiries and maintaining accurate client records.
Managing annual reviews, AML/KYC requirements, and client documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience in private wealth, stockbroking, investment support, or financial services.




Robust client service and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and organisational ability.
Exposure to onboarding, AML/KYC, account maintenance, or investment operations.
RG146 (or willingness to obtain).
