About the role
Allocate daily staff work sheets using both HubOS and Opera Cloud.
Update with Supervisors and staff regarding room status and maintenance requirement using Opera Cloud and internal systems.
Manage and control Lost Property
Answer all calls into department in a courteous manner. Respond to all enquiries professionally and endeavour to resolve all guest queries in a timely manner.
Manage and resolve all minor guest complaint as per hotel policy and within the coordinator delegation of authority
HIGA Level 4 $29.45/hour + applicable loadings
