We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Port Hedland branch team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, high-impact branch and play an key role in supporting customers across the electrical industry. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, providing responsive service, processing orders, managing quotes and helping drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem solving and working in a quick-paced environment where no two days are the same.

A typical day will involve
Taking ownership of customer orders and incoming sales calls
Preparing quotes and following up customer enquiries
Supporting sales growth by building and maintaining customer accounts
Providing excellent customer service to trade and industry customers
Managing customer projects and ensuring timely processing of orders
Liaising with suppliers and assisting with purchasing
Working closely with the branch team to deliver excellent outcomes for customers
