This is an exciting prospect to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a key client account managing their Queensland portfolio. This position would suit someone who has previously worked in administration. This is an onsite role located in our Brisbane CBD office and the key responsibilities will include:
Actively participate and take/produce minutes in regular structured team meetings
Utilisation of company systems and processes − ensuring that technology is adopted and effectively used in accordance with company standards and expectations.
Create,



maintain and search records on databases to ensure that the client’s and property information is accurate
Lease Administration – Working with MRI to arrange new lease set up; sundry charges; reconciliations; document control for both revenue and expense properties
Providing administrative support in relation to suppliers which includes modifying, renewing and extending purchase orders
Managing the tenant arrears and weekly debtor process including chasing tenants and advising management of status
Preparation and typing of correspondence and ad hoc letters
Raising Work Orders for the payment of invoices
Keep status reports on each property up to date and provide copies as requested
