Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ businesses and apply specialist knowledge to diagnose issues and provide performance improvement solutions.
Actively engage with the client, building rapport and delivering successful project results.
Evaluate and analyze client financial performance, processes, systems and structures.
Develop explicit initiatives with structured approaches that lead to solutions aligned to business requirements and strategic direction.
Provide recommendations and proposals to revise methods, processes and procedures to support growth and resolve organisational problems.
Implement and deliver approved recommendations.
Review and quality‑check findings and recommendations in the context of the client’s broader business environment.
Contribute to the continual development of quality management within the team.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and best practices.

Skills & Experience




Previous experience in a management consultant role, working for a skilled services firm (preferred).
Retail/FMCG experience advantageous.
MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant area.
Demonstrated advisory, project management or business partnering experience.
Experience in change management and organisational development.
Creditable business operations knowledge with ability to anticipate market changes and identify opportunities.
Proven ability to engage with clients on consulting engagements and manage complex projects.
Ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of client businesses.
Proven analytical, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Solid output focus with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills including training, coaching and mentoring.
Advanced MS Excel skills, proficiency in data analysis and project management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
