Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $34.51 – $39.24 per hour

Busy Bees at Baldivis South seeks a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team on a full time basis. You will lead the daily learning program within your room, support educators, and create a safe and engaging learning workplace where children thrive.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
Create a protected, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Build strong, team-oriented relationships with families and the local community.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences.

Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Current Working with Children Check for WA.
Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
