Repliglass is seeking a full-time Fibreglass AllRounder to join our team in Redbank Plains, Queensland. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of fibreglass manufacturing and assembly tasks within our production facility. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will play a key part in the creation of our high-performance products.
What you'll be doing
Cutting, shaping, and joining fibreglass components to fabricate a range of products
Preparing and applying gel coats, resins, and other materials to create durable fibreglass parts
Performing assembly and finishing tasks on fibreglass components
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace to ensure safety and productivity
Collaborating with the production team to identify process improvements and resolve issues
What we're looking for
Demonstrable experience in fibreglass manufacturing, assembly, or a related production role
Solid manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of common hand and power tools
Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
Positive communication and teamwork skills
