Role Overview
As part of our Partners in Health strategy, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing allied health team. This is more than just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community driven. You will work with a diverse caseload including clients funded through NDIS, Workcover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with flexibility to grow your hours up to full‑time.
Facility
You’ll be working in a fully equipped health hub facility, including a modern gym, a dedicated hydrotherapy pool, an onsite multidisciplinary team, and access to group spaces and community engagement programs.
Responsibilities
Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall well‑being.
Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
Facilitate group‑based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
Contribute to the growth of our Partners in Health program, helping shape the future of community health.
Qualifications & Skills
Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
A commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous career development.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for community health and innovation in care delivery.
