As a Workforce Audit Analyst in the Operational Support Centre (OSC), you will ensure accurate time and attendance data that supports payroll outcomes across our contracts. You will collaborate with a supportive team to improve processes, increase automation, and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate time and attendance data to support payroll outcomes.
Process and resolve workforce management enquiries via email and ticketing systems.
Triage MYHR and ServiceNow requests accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Support system testing, configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor new team members where required.
Monitor ticket queues and maintain accurate case management records.
Qualifications
Experience in payroll, workforce management, HR, customer service or a similar administrative environment.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and workforce management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
